NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

BOARD OF EDUCATION

MEYERSVILLE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

DECEMBER 11, 2007

Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Board of Education of the Meyersville Independent School District will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the Meyersville School Board Room.

*Items do not have to be taken in same order as shown on meeting notices.

The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows:

1. Call to Order

2. Recite Pledges to Flags and Invocation

3. Approve Minutes of Previous Meeting

4. Approve Expenditures

5. Communications to the Board and Public Forum

6. Report on Board Member Training

7. Approve Staff Development Waiver

8. Add, Revise, or Delete Local Policies as Recommended by TASB Policy Service According to the Instruction Sheet for TASB Localized Policy Manual Update 81 on Second Reading

9. Approve Agreement for Commodities

10. Review and Approve AEIS & AYP

11. Set Hearing for AEIS & AYP

12. Adjourn the Meeting

If during the course of the meeting, any discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in closed session, the Board will convene in such a closed session in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Tex. Govt. Code 551.071 - 551.076
