NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

MEYERSVILLE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

SEPTEMBER 8, 2009

Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Board of Education of the Meyersville Independent School District will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. in the Meyersville School Board Room.

*Items do not have to be taken in same order as shown on meeting notices.

The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows:

1. Call to Order

2. Invocation and Pledge to Flags

3. Communications to the Board and Public Forum

4. Approve Minutes of Previous Meetings

5. Approve Expenditures

6. Consider Date(s) for Team of 8 Training

7. Approve Adjunct Faculty Agreement with DeWitt County Extension Office

8. Consider Class Size Waiver

9. Adjourn the Meeting

If during the course of the meeting, any discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in closed session, the Board will convene in such a closed session in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Tex. Govt. Code 551.071 - 551.076
