NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

MEYERSVILLE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Board of Education of the Meyersville Independent School District will be held on Tuesday, August 21, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the Meyersville School Board Room.

*Items do not have to be taken in same order as shown on meeting notices.

The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows:

1. Call to Order

2. Public Hearing on Proposed Budget

3. Public Hearing on Proposed Tax Rate

4. Adjourn the Meeting

If during the course of the meeting, any discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in closed session, the Board will convene in such a closed session in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Tex. Govt. Code 551.071 - 551.076
