NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

BOARD OF EDUCATION

MEYERSVILLE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

APRIL 10, 2007

 

Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Board of Education of the Meyersville Independent School District will be held on Tuesday, April 10, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the Meyersville School Board Room.

 

*Items do not have to be taken in same order as shown on meeting notices.

 

The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows:

 

1.       Call to Order

2.       Invocation and Pledge to the Flag

3.       Consider Proposals for Parking Lots

4.       Approve Minutes of Previous Meeting

5.       Approve Expenditures

6.       Communications to the Board and Public Forum

7.       Approve Transfer Requests

8.       Consider Tuition Rate for 2007-2008

9.       Approve ESY Calendar for Summer 2007

10.   Approve Workshop Attendance for Superintendent

11.   Report 3rd and 5th Grade TAKS Reading Results

12.   Adjourn the Meeting

 

If during the course of the meeting, any discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in closed session, the Board will convene in such a closed session in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Tex. Govt. Code 551.071 - 551.076
