NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

BOARD OF EDUCATION

MEYERSVILLE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

FEBRUARY 9, 2010

Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Board of Education of the Meyersville Independent School District will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. in the Meyersville School Library.

*Items do not have to be taken in same order as shown on meeting notices.

The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows:

1. Call to Order

2. Pledge and Invocation

3. Approve Minutes of Previous Meeting

4. Approve Expenditures

5. Communications to the Board and Public Forum

6. Consider Policy FDA(Local) on First Reading

7. Consider Proposal for New Garage Doors

8. Adjourn the Meeting

If during the course of the meeting, any discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in closed session, the Board will convene in such a closed session in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Tex. Govt. Code 551.071 - 551.076
